Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email to ensure a tracked and secure delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
